Some of you reached out to us about the clutter in the student lounge right next to the Reid Rooms, so we wanted to host a public clean-up for anyone interested on Monday, February 9th at 2:00pm (aka after POM)! Though I will be bringing some basic cleaning materials, please feel free to bring anything that you think will be useful!

I'll be hosting a virtual meditation session on Friday, February 13th, where I'll be guiding you through a specific style of meditation: Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR).
