Link University/SOM Account
Link your University Account to your SOM Account. An email with information to link has been sent by SOM IS. This is your first task.

Login to your SOM email. (Supported mobile devices)

Login to SURFS and add/update your contact info.
Include a home email address, emergency contact info, phone number, and both permanent and mailing addresses (even if they are the same).
- Photo & Name Recording: Due Friday, July 14th Complete the Photo and Name Recording Form. Check here for photo requirements before accessing the form.
- FERPA: Due Friday, July 14th
Choose a FERPA disclosure status in your MedScope student portfolio. MedScope accounts are now active!

Your username is your student ID in the form @00000000. You can find this in SURFS, in MedScope, or on your acceptance letter from Admissions. Your password is your first name.
